Job Brief: Paragon Power LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Utilities division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing utility projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest levels of quality and safety. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of utility projects including planning budgeting scheduling resource management and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead all project activities from conception to completion ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans budgets timelines and resource allocation based on project scope and objectives.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials equipment and services to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders provide regular project updates and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations codes and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management preferably in the utilities sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in procurement and contract management.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
