Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Industrial Hydraulics to join our Customer Care & Sales Support team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

In this role you will support our Industrial Hydraulics division working closely with both the sales team and our distribution network contributing to the full commercial process from offer management to post-sales support.

Youll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative data-driven environment that blends technical know-how with commercial insight.

What you will do:

  • Sales and Distribution Support:
    Act as a key point of contact for our distribution partners supporting their day-to-day commercial activities and helping to strengthen the sell-in and sell-out processes across the channel.
  • Pricing and Offer Management:
    Prepare and manage quotations ensuring that pricing strategies align with both market needs and internal guidelines. Youll contribute to the commercial alignment between sales product management and partners.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    Analyze and manage commercial data related to sell-in/sell-out pricing performance and customer trends. Support the sales team with actionable insights through Excel reports and internal systems.
  • Customer & Partner Communication:
    Maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers (primarily distributors) providing prompt and reliable assistance to support business continuity and long-term relationships.
  • Pre- and Post-Sales Activities:
    Assist in the preparation of technical-commercial offers and support customer inquiries before and after sales closure. Youll also collaborate with the plant and logistics functions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work in synergy with sales logistics product management and planning teams to support the execution of sales strategies and optimize customer experience.

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

  • Interest in data analysis AI tools for data management proficiency in Excel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering Business or a related field.
  • Comfortable in both English and Italian written and spoken.
