Job Description

Company:Cloover

Role:Sales Support (sales enablement in their communication)

Location:Berlin

Language:German & English

WFH policy:Fully in-office (5 days/week)

Industry:Climate tech / Renewable energy

Product:Financing solutions for renewable energy installers

Size and functions of local team:

  • Rapidly scaling commercial org
  • Two new SDRs already onboarded (one in May two more by September)
  • Hiring 2 Sales Enablement Managers
  • Strong team drive towards Series A and beyond

Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent/MM/SMB leads etc):

  • Vertical: Solar industry B2B2C model
  • Primary focus: Ensure the smooth continuation of the sales-to-revenue process by removing blockers pre-sale (document collection onboarding queries etc.)
  • End users: External sales reps of installer partners and end customers applying for financing
  • Goal: Get documents submitted so the financing process moves forward revenue can be booked
  • Nature of role: High urgency fast-paced operations/sales-adjacent

Unique about the company (that you dont read online (USPs to the candidate):

  • Rare mix of B2B2C and installer activation
  • Faster sales cycles than typical SaaS
  • High-level ownership within a growth org
  • Series A next 6 months!

Must haves:

  • 13 years SaaS experience. Can be work study sales operations enablement etc.
  • Organized eager ready to go to the office
  • Fluent in German (native)

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • 45-60K base (no commission)
