Size and functions of local team:
- Rapidly scaling commercial org
- Two new SDRs already onboarded (one in May two more by September)
- Hiring 2 Sales Enablement Managers
- Strong team drive towards Series A and beyond
Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent/MM/SMB leads etc):
- Vertical: Solar industry B2B2C model
- Primary focus: Ensure the smooth continuation of the sales-to-revenue process by removing blockers pre-sale (document collection onboarding queries etc.)
- End users: External sales reps of installer partners and end customers applying for financing
- Goal: Get documents submitted so the financing process moves forward revenue can be booked
- Nature of role: High urgency fast-paced operations/sales-adjacent

Must haves:
- 13 years SaaS experience. Can be work study sales operations enablement etc.

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- 45-60K base (no commission)
