Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Support Manager to lead our customer service department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations ensure customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and client retention. Responsibilities
Lead mentor and manage the customer support team
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and ensure service targets are met
Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution strategies
Conduct regular training to improve team skills and knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred)
3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
