Skills And Experiences

In this role youll play a vital part in Field Service office admin duties You will also:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Field Services team.
  • Oversee document control systems and ensuring effective process management.
  • Manage financial operations such as purchase order creation goods receipting timesheet entries and creation and onboarding of new vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance documentation including Dangerous Goods licences the National Heavy Vehicle Register driver logs consignment notes and related registers.
  • Deliver general administrative assistance to the wider Field Services team and its stakeholders.
