Job Summary: A Porter is responsible for moving and parking cars. Their duties include keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot maintaining organization on the Service Drive assisting guests during the check-in process and ensuring cleanliness of the service area shop andlot.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival to the service drive.
Safely move park and retrieve customer vehicles as directed by Service Advisors or Management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive customer waiting areas and dealership lot.
Assist with vehicle check-in including verifying VIN numbers mileage and fuel levels.
Conduct visual inspections for damage before and after service.
Wash and vacuum customer vehicles when requested.
Deliver vehicles or shuttle customers to and from designated locations if required.
Assist technicians by delivering vehicles to bays and returning them after service.
Perform light facility maintenance and ensure work areas are safe and presentable.
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic transmissions is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Reliable punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Effective communication organizational and time management skills
