With over 40 members the Finance team is based across our London Cardiff Belfast and Hong Kong offices.
We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to be based in the London office and report to the Billing Manager.
The Billing Team works closely with the fee-earning departments to ensure client bills are issued in a timely manner. The team actively manage work in progress (WIP) to maximise billing and cash receipts on a monthly basis. In addition the team liaises closely with the Cashiers and Credit Control team on billing and debt collection issues.
The successful candidate must have a professional manner and excellent communication and interpersonal will enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent numerate skills and be highly must have a flexible nature and a co-operative and willing attitude.
