Role: Package Specialist Oracle Utilities (Customer Care & Billing)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Package Specialist Oracle Utilities to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) environment. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of Oracle packaged solutions into the clients business environment. The specialist will play a key role in aligning technology with business objectives enabling smooth adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities -
Implement and support Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions.

Leverage business and packaged solution expertise to align technology with client objectives.

Maintain technical environments for various applications ensuring system stability performance and environment sanity.

Manage environment sizing connectivity with interfaces and integration with edge applications.
-
Monitor and maintain system health proactively resolving environment issues.
-
Support release management including code deployment version control and environment refreshes.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

Ensure compliance with best practices in security performance and maintainability.
Qualifications & Skills -
Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of technical environment maintenance across applications integrations and edge systems.

Familiarity with release train code deployment tools and code maintenance tools (e.g. Git Jenkins CI/CD pipelines).

Proven ability to manage environment sizing connectivity and sanity checks.

Strong troubleshooting performance monitoring and root cause analysis skills.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Utility industry or large-scale billing/CRM implementation experience is a plus.
