How you will make a difference:
Were looking for a driven and curious Solutions Consultant to join our growing APAC team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact function at an early stage in the regions growth.
Youll work closely with our Principal Solutions Consultant and Senior Account Executives to uncover customer needs craft creative solutions and bring Iterables vision to life through compelling demonstrations and strategic thinking. Whether your background is in marketing product engineering or consulting if you enjoy solving complex challenges with modern technology and working with smart motivated people we want to hear from you.
This is a pre-sales role that sits at the intersection of Sales Product Marketing and Engineering. As a Solutions Consultant youll act as a trusted advisor to prospective customersguiding marketers developers and business leaders on how to best leverage Iterable to transform their customer engagement strategies.
At Iterable Solutions Consultants dont just pitch features. We act as technical storytellers problem solvers and strategic partners helping organisations connect their data stack and strategy to maximize impact.
As part of our lean and growing APAC team youll play a direct role in scaling our presence winning key deals and shaping how we show up in-market.
Youll get to:
- Partner with Account Executives and the Principal SC to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies
- Deliver engaging demos technical presentations and RFP responses that speak to marketers developers and executive audiences alike
- Explore a prospects stack and make integration recommendations using Iterables SDKs APIs and partner ecosystem
- Support prospects throughout the sales cycle from discovery to technical validation and successful handover to our Services team
- Build and maintain technical assets demo environments and enablement resources to help scale our efforts across APAC
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Marketing to shape the future of Iterable based on customer feedback
- Invest in your own growth with access to mentorship global peers and ongoing enablement
- Travel for key meetings events or workshops
We are looking for:
- Have 2 years in a pre-sales technical consulting or solution engineering role (SaaS or MarTech ideal) or 5 years as a marketing practitioner with strong technical exposure
- Are technically curious - comfortable explaining APIs SDKs or data flows and excited to keep learning
- Can simplify complex concepts and tailor your message to marketers developers or executives
- Have experience working with any of the following: customer data platforms (CDPs) ESPs analytics tools mobile/web SDKs or composable MarTech stacks
- Thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments and want to help build something from the ground up
- Are excited to join a collaborative and high-performing team and embody a growth mindset in everything you do
