Chief Human Resources Officer - Community Health

The Position: The Chief Human Resources Officer will plan lead direct develop and coordinate the policies activities and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- $125000 - $155000 depending on experience

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience and minimum of 5 years in a Senior Leadership role..
- An HR Management Certification/PHR/SPHR is Preferred
- Masters Degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or similar discipline - Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Serve as an expert resource to employees in all facets of Human Resources.
- Provide concrete timely and value-added services to include organizational effectiveness employee relations performance management and development planning.
- Advise the Board of Directors CEO and executive leadership team in determining HR needs setting goals and executing on them as directed.
