Job Title: Lead Driver IND Location

SkyHop Global one of the premier ground transportation companies for airline crews is seeking a Lead Driver for our IND location. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage coordinate and schedule a fleet of drivers based on airline schedules.
• Provide leadership coaching and team-building for drivers.
• Assist the Station Manager in recruiting interviewing selecting and mentoring drivers.
• Oversee daily fleet vehicle maintenance inspections and communication with the Fleet Manager.
• Conduct safety audits and lead regular safety meetings.
• Safely transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe courteous manner.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with airport ground transportation personnel.

Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required.
• Valid U.S. drivers license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 21 years old (DOT requirement) and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must be able to speak conversational English.
• Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card.
