The Role:

The role of L&OD Coordinator will take full ownership and responsibility for delivering seamless highquality learning experiences across our programmes curriculum and learning initiatives. Collaborating closely with the L&OD team the wider PIC team and L&OD Managers for curriculum and programmes this role is instrumental in creating and cultivating a vibrant learning culture at Universal Music. The Coordinator will manage every stage of the process including enrolments internal marketing of initiatives communications ontheday session setup room and booking enquiries feedback collection analytics and evaluation. This role requires someone with exceptional Excel skills. By ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence the Coordinator will help deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that support employees professional growth and reinforce the organisations commitment to learning.

The Responsibilities:

  • Live the People team purpose vision and mission and exhibit behaviours that align to our Company values.
  • Take full ownership of coordinating all aspects of the Offering delivery ensuring sessions run seamlessly from start to finish including managing booking logistics communications and followup processes including but not limited to:
  • Curriculum Offering
  • Leadership Development Programme
  • Management Development Programme DEIB / Equity programmes
  • PIC Curriculum Offering
  • Work with L&OD Managers on outcomes of Learning Needs Analysis to steer plans of design and development and new topics required for the programmes and organisation now and in the future.
  • Collaborate closely with L&OD Managers to deliver on L&OD strategy develop annual calendar and marketing / communication and engagement plan and collectively measure and assess the impact and success of curriculum development.
  • Coordinate and manage full process of annual L&OD offering book rooms host group sessions liaise with internal support functions to achieve high quality experiences within the programmes start to end.
  • Work with closely the Operations and Data Coordinator and L&OD Advisor to create monthly L&OD reports to provide an internal overview of key requests support and trends across the business and support team with evaluation.
  • Signpost and champion available L&OD related resources e.g. LMS elearning L&OD SharePoint page guidelines and policies learning resources
  • Work closely with PIC colleagues and run combined projects including but not limited to onboarding internships apprenticeships emerging talent initiatives neurodiversity Women in A&R career development and retention.
  • Capture analyse and report learning and organisational development metrics including producing surveys and L&OD reports. Ensure L&OD offering is regularly assessed and measured through qualitative and quantitative data and analytics.
  • Work with L&OD team to develop marketing strategies for PIC initiatives to enhance employee awareness engagement and experience raise the profile of PIC team to be best in the industry. Offer key insights and learnings from connected internal and external networks that enhance the organisations development.
  • Manage and monitor the Learning inbox to ensure all queries receive a response and are directed to the right person within the L&OD or PIC team.
  • Work with L&OD Managers to deliver Offering reporting on time for the overall Global ESG and annual reporting.
  • Meet regularly with L&OD coordinators and advisor to assess the plans for delivery coverage reporting and quality of experience for ongoing enhancements.
  • Be highly detailoriented in organising and managing virtual and inperson sessions including venue arrangements virtual platform setups and ensuring all materials and resources are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all learning history through the learning tracker and ensure accurate record of enrolments in the LMS (Learning Management System) for all employees.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve logistical challenges ensuring every aspect of the Offering delivery reflects operational excellence and professionalism.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders for L&OD Coordination taking pride in delivering exceptional service and building trust through consistent and reliable coordination.
  • Ensure all communication materials such as emails SharePoint etc. are engaging professional and align with L&OD branding.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of sessions.
  • Partner with L&OD Managers to develop and maintain an annual delivery calendar that aligns with organisational priorities ensuring all sessions are wellcommunicated and efficiently organised.
  • Inform the L&OD team of the offering schedule during biweekly meetings providing updates on logistics progress and the delegation of facilitators to sessions ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Take ownership for organising and delegating facilitators for sessions managing both internal and external facilitators to ensure sessions are led by the appropriate individuals and they have been well briefed. This includes assigning internal staff to lead specific sessions and liaising with external facilitators to ensure their readiness and alignment with programme objectives.
  • Take pride in cultivating an exceptional participant experience demonstrating professionalism detail orientation and empathy at every interaction touchpoint whether before during or after sessions. Actively contribute to the design and refinement of processes that improve operational efficiency and enhance the learner journey.
