We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of personal lines accounts delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting agency retention and growth goals. This is a full-time position with remote flexibility.
Serve as the primary service contact for assigned personal lines clients.
Analyze client insurance needs identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage.
Manage all aspects of policy servicing including renewals endorsements certificates and billing inquiries.
Prepare insurance summaries renewal proposals and other client documents.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the agency management system (Applied Epic preferred).
Assist clients with claim reporting and provide follow-up on claim status.
Cross-sell additional coverages and refer business to other departments as appropriate.
Work closely with producers and carriers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting guidelines industry trends and coverage options.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
2 years of experience in a personal lines account management role.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an Agency Management System (Applied Epic preferred).
Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced paperless environment.
High degree of professionalism initiative and customer service orientation.
Knowledge of advanced or specialty personal lines products.
Familiarity with risk assessment and claims processes.
Experience working in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
