WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team and Managers including expense management and corporate hospitality coordination
  • Ensure timely completion of reports both scheduled and ad hoc
  • Assist in preparing customer proposals presentation decks business reviews and tender responses
  • Support customer needs by providing spot rates quotes landed cost invoices special supply orders and one-off delivery requests
  • Manage operational escalations and proactively support customer development and retention by meeting deadlines and taking necessary actions
  • This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday during business hours flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING

  • Experience in commercial/customer-facing/office administration Desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
