The Soccer Factory and Gear Team Apparel are leading suppliers of team sports apparel uniforms and equipment specializing in soccer and team sports gear. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding service to teams schools clubs and organizations nationwide.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will build strong relationships with customers identify opportunities for sales growth and provide tailored solutions for team apparel and gear needs. You will play a key role in driving revenue expanding our client base and representing our brands with professionalism and passion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients including teams clubs schools and organizations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Present promote and sell products and services using solid product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
Schedule and attend client meetings presentations and fittings as needed.
Collaborate with our operations and design teams to create custom solutions that meet client needs.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
Stay up to date on product lines market trends competitor activities and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and account status in CRM software.
Represent The Soccer Factory and Gear Team Apparel at trade shows tournaments and community events as needed.
Proven sales experience preferably in sports apparel equipment or a related industry.
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated goal-driven and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
Knowledge or passion for soccer and team sports is highly preferred.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
