Are you a technology professional who thrives in fast-paced mission-critical environments The Brookline Fire Department is seeking a dynamic Information Technology Analyst to lead manage and advance the departments technology systems. In this highly impactful role you will work directly with the Fire Chief to develop and implement IT strategies that support public safety operations and improve emergency response services.

Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Equivalent specialized training and experience may substitute; five to seven years of IT experience with direct end-user support and system administration. Experience in a public safety or emergency response environment is highly preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL MS Access Crystal Reports Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite as well as expertise in hardware software RF radio systems and public safety technologies. The role requires excellent troubleshooting data management and reporting skills. Successful candidates will also bring adaptability to evolving technologies strong communication and project management abilities solid analytical thinking and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
