QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or other related program
Relevant certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional or Global Remuneration Professional
With at least 5-8 years of compensation and benefits experience handling APAC region
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs
Participate in salary surveys compensation reviews and updating of salary structures including the creation of pay grade for new position
Conduct benchmarking on compensation and benefits packages comparing industry and best practices
Gather analyze report and audit compensation and benefits data in support to relevant projects
Review proposed salary adjustments based on establish guidelines external market and internal equity
Provide insights to local Human Resources teams and recommend solutions to resolve concerns related to compensation and benefits
Monitor and analyze cost and utilization of various benefits and recognition programs
Support the annual compensation planning for merit increases promotions and incentives
Adhere to legislation changes and analyze its impact on existing compensation and benefits policies and programs
Record and document the internal processes and procedures to support consistency coherence and process improvement
