This role exists to ensure customers receive exceptional support and timely solutions while maintaining critical administrative processes. As the frontline of our organization you will uphold our service commitment strengthen customer relationships and support operational efficiency.
Proactively manage daily customer interactions responding to inquiries and resolving issues with precision and care.
Accurately maintain and update customer accounts documentation and order records to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with production and shipping teams to track orders ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring service trends and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Support internal teams by generating reports preparing documentation and executing special projects as needed.
Ensure all customer communications align with company standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Leadership & Initiative: Takes ownership of customer issues and sees them through to resolution.
