Job Summary
We seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition close high-impact deals and accelerate revenue growth. The BDM will take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and account transition. This role is ideal for a tenacious data-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new leads via outbound and inbound channels (calls emails LinkedIn networking).
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across SMEs mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Conduct product demos discovery meetings and solution pitching aligned with client needs.
- Customize proposals manage objections and negotiate terms toward deal closure.
- Own and achieve quarterly sales targets across segments.
- Maintain average deal size and reduce sales cycle through structured follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date lead and deal information in CRM.
- Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports (leads demos proposals conversion rates).
- Work closely with Marketing Customer Success and Product teams to refine GTM strategies.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years proven success in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Strong experience with full sales cycle execution.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Strong negotiation proposal writing and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication presentation and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented and numbers-driven.
- Self-starter with excellent time management.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to handle high-pressure sales environments.
