Business Controller IT â Stockholm Jonsered Huskvarna

For our client we are seeking a Business Controller to cover for a parental leave.

In this role you will play an active part in the monthly follow-up process as well as in budget and forecasting activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and proactively managing matters related to the financial performance of GIS.
• Driving continuous improvements in the quality of financial data used for GIS reporting.
• Conducting cost analysis preparing forecasts and handling accruals.
• Preparing materials for and actively participating in financial forums with business and service owners.

The Controlling function has four main areas of responsibility:

• Ensuring cost control process compliance and driving continuous process improvements.
• Providing financial oversight and support for projects and programs.
• Acting as a financial partner and co-pilot to the business.
• Delivering services by transforming data into actionable insights.

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role with a solid background in Controlling.
• University degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT Controlling is considered an advantage.
• Background from working in an international or multi-national environment is desirable.
• Experience in project-related work especially within budgeting and forecasting is highly valued.
