Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist Mid Level to support key HR operations including Workday transactions employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding) employee records management and employee engagement coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Workday Administration
- Serve as the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employee records status changes terminations and onboarding processes.
- Ensure all Workday transactions are accurately processed in a timely manner including job changes data updates and contract modifications.
- Audit HR system data for accuracy integrity and compliance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and assimilation of new hires by coordinating pre-employment requirements background checks system access orientation and welcome kits.
- Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews clearance coordination Workday termination entries and final pay documentation.
- Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical) ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Ensure timely and secure processing of employment documents letters and internal memos.
- HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support or lead process improvement initiatives related to the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in implementing local HR strategies aligned with global people initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes policies and systems.
- Support HRBP in employee engagement activities and events including surveys celebrations and recognition programs.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR reports and dashboards using Workday and Excel to support audits compliance and business requests.
- Monitor and track key HR metrics such as attrition new hire activity and headcount movements.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist HR Operations or HR Shared Services role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is required (data entry reporting transaction processing).
- Proven success in managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience working in shared services BPO or multinational financial services organizations is an advantage.
