Job Description

Be a compensation expert manage HR data and analytics and support HR practices in UKG from data to payroll.

Compensation:

  • Collaborate with Sr. Compensation Manager on a variety of projects including work with market data on salary commissions bonus equity budgeting to help evaluate and implement our global compensation strategy.
  • Develop plans to analyze data sets using statistical methods and carry out these analyses to make compensation recommendations.
  • Build and evolve our compensation programs and support related communication efforts and materials.
  • Support our monthly quarterly and annual compensation cycles including variable compensation plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with leaders and employees on compensation related issues.
  • Partner with Recruiting on new hire compensation recommendations based on benchmark data.
  • Be the expert in salary benchmarking ad hoc compensation projects and stay up to date on industry trends and norms.
  • Analyze internal and external salary statistics and recommend develop and implement appropriate employee compensation structures based on this information.

Qualifications :

HR Analytics:

  • Be a reporting wizard! Develop & manage the HR team data requests and scheduled reports through Business Intelligence.
  • Develop HR dashboards that are shared with Cricut leadership.
  • Be the analytical source to Cricut HR team and managers for data requests projects and scheduled reports through Business Intelligence.

 

HR Operations:

  • Maintain data integrity for all employee updates in UKG including: comp changes supervisor updates job management and overall accuracy of Cricut org chart.
  • Serve a payroll backup to Payroll Manager and assist with payroll documentation.
  • Partner to support internal/external audit requests (401k Workers Comp SOX etc.)
  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates with HR to educate managers.
