Define & Target Audiences: Analyze hiring needs to build custom target audiences and funnels for a wide variety of roles from software engineers to car inspectors.
Optimize Campaign Performance: A/B test ad creatives copy and audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure a strong return on investment.
Manage Budgets & Analyze Data: Oversee campaign budgets and analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate with your colleagues in the Employer Branding team on creative strategy and explore new channels to keep our talent attraction efforts ahead of the curve.
Qualifications :
Expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads Meta Ads among others along with basic knowledge of data and performance metrics to effectively extract insights.
At least 1 year of experience in a performance marketing role ideally within a digital-first or growth-oriented environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel and G Suite (or similar statistical tools) is essential.
