Reporting to the Sustainable Performance Director your role will be to manage the monthly monitoring of non-financial performance within a rigorous control environment and to help resolve risks and obstacles by supporting project managers and sustainability directors across business units.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the definition of non-financial performance indicators in line with CSRD requirements and the Groups operational objectives.
Implementing the reporting process to ensure data collection performance consolidation and communication to key stakeholders.
Consolidating ESG figures on a monthly basis (by entity business model geography etc.).
Helping build dashboards for regular and accurate monitoring of the Groups and entities non-financial performance in coordination with the BDT department.
Understanding the data being able to explain it and performing analyses that incorporate temporal geographical and business model comparisons to provide value to project managers and support decision-making.
Contributing to the development of an internal network of non-financial performance managers to spread best practices and methodologies in non-financial performance management.
Qualifications :
With a Masters degree (Bac 5) from an engineering school business school or university you are fluent in English and have:
2 to 4 years of experience in a finance department as a financial controller ESG analyst or within an IT department (DSI).
A strong interest in sustainability issues.
An affinity for managing complex data sets transforming them into meaningful analyses to support decision-making.
Technical skills with a solid understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. CSRD) and best practices in non-financial performance management.
Data-related competencies including knowledge of programming languages database management data visualization and proficiency with tools such as Excel Tableau Power BI and other relevant data management systems.
Knowledge of statistical analysis.
A highly analytical mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to Accors organizational culture especially when working closely with IT departments.
Strong persuasion abilities and a demonstrated talent for problem-solving.
