Job Description

Position : Paid Media Specialist

Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 8 am - 5pm EST Full-time Permanent

Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa LATAM or any region

About us:

The company is a national provider specializing in turnkey site solutions for construction residential and event rental projects. They offer a comprehensive suite of services portable toilets (including ADA-compliant and luxury trailers) temporary fencing hand washing stations dumpster rentals and complete site cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You ll be responsible for driving consistent qualified leads through effective PPC strategies. You ll collaborate with leadership leverage tools like SEMRush and Go High Level CRM and potentially engage with stakeholders including investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve performance through bidding targeting and creative testing
  • Track and report KPIs including CTR CPC CPA and conversion rate
  • Use Google Analytics SEMRush Go High Level CRM and dashboards to analyze campaign data
  • Communicate results and updates with leadership and adapt to campaign needs quickly
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and assets
  • Test new ad platforms formats and targeting approaches as needed
  • Build reports and dashboards to share insights and track ROI
  • Ensure campaigns align with industry best practices and emerging trends

Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree ideally

  • 3 years managing PPC campaigns with a proven track record in Google Ads (must-have) and Meta Ads (preferred)
  • Direct experience with B2B clients especially in construction events or party rentals
  • Strong proficiency in using SEMRush and CRM tools like Go High Level is advantageous
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities comfortable working with dashboards and data platforms
  • Ready to occasionally engage with investors on campaign performance and strategy
  • Familiarity with Canva Photoshop or other graphic tools
  • Organized self-driven and metrics-oriented (focus on cost per lead & ROI)
  • Quick to implement changes and experiment with new approaches
