Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Recruiter to join our search firm specializing in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier leadership and niche talent conducting Boolean search operations and building comprehensive market intelligence. The recruiter will support end-to-end search mandates while maintaining strong communication with consultants and clients. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed market mapping and identify top talent within the HRMS industry globally.- Perform first-level screening of potential candidates for leadership and specialist roles.- Develop talent intelligence reports and present insights to consultants and clients.- Execute Boolean search queries on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Lite job boards and internal databases to target niche talent pools.- Regularly update and maintain candidate profiles in Zoho Recruit and document activities in ClickUp.- Upload and organize research outputs target profiles and CVs in ClickUp for consultant review.- Collaborate with consultants to refine job briefs and define search strategies.- Keep accurate records using researcher tracker boards to track pipeline progress and candidate status.- Stay updated on industry trends competitors and HRMS market moveme

Requirements

Job Specifications

1-3 years of experience in executive search

recruitment or talent research preferably in HR Tech / SaaS / IT domains.- Familiarity with recruitment for roles related to HRMS People Analytics HCM suites or similar. Skills & Competencies:- Proficient in Boolean Search Techniques (must-have).- Strong research capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite job portals and social platforms.- Working knowledge of Zoho Recruit and ClickUp or equivalent tools.- Ability to produce detailed and structured talent reports and candidate insights.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- High attention to detail proactive mindset and strong organizational abilities.- Capable of handling multiple assignments and tight timelines with ownership

Requirements Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a luxury or fine dining environment Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Western and Arabic cuisine Passion for food, creativity, and a keen eye for detail Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
