Job Description

This is a remote position.

Fair Trade Outsourcing (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company and fair-trade outsourcing center that provides impact sourcing work for companies worldwide.

Our primary office is in Philadelphia Pennsylvania with a global network of delivery centers in the Us Philippines Mexico and Ghana.

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely and manage client relationships ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues while building positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

  • Track and report on client satisfaction and performance metrics.

  • Assist clients with service inquiries and guide them through company offerings.

  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.





Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in customer service account management or client relations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Experience in building long-term client relationships.
