This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely and manage client relationships ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues while building positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Track and report on client satisfaction and performance metrics.
Assist clients with service inquiries and guide them through company offerings.
Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
2 years of experience in customer service account management or client relations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience in building long-term client relationships.
