Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients promptly addressing inquiries concerns and service requests.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and follow-up.
- Prepare and share reports and documentation related to client accounts as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing or administrative role (experience in a corporate or service-based environment will be an added advantage).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
