About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Employee Engagement Executive to lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction foster a positive work culture and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about people skilled in communication and driven to make the workplace an inspiring and connected environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
- Plan and execute employee events such as team-building activities wellness programs recognition ceremonies and social initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee surveys (e.g. engagement feedback pulse) and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to improve employee retention and morale.
- Drive internal communication campaigns that keep employees informed and motivated.
- Manage reward and recognition programs to celebrate milestones achievements and contributions.
- Assist in onboarding and cultural integration of new hires.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement KPIs and suggest improvement areas.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in employee experience and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR employee engagement or organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in planning events running surveys and presenting findings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with engagement platforms (e.g. Officevibe Culture Amp SurveyMonkey) is an advantage.
- Energetic empathetic and able to build trust across all levels.
