Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join our clients team in Malahide. As a Personal Lines Account Executive you will manage and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients ensuring high levels of service compliance and client satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that involves client interaction policy administration renewals and new business generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal Lines clients (including motor home and travel insurance)
  • Handle policy administration including renewals mid-term adjustments cancellations and general queries
  • Quote and place new business ensuring all advice is compliant and of a high standard
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with Central Bank of Ireland (CPC) requirements
  • Deliver outstanding customer care across all touchpoints
  • Liaise effectively with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive and appropriate terms
  • Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities where relevant

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Personal Lines role
  • APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification is essential; CIP qualification is a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Applied Relay software is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a regulated environment
  • Organised proactive and a strong team player
