Job Description

Associate Director Lending Operations & Disbursement

Experience: 5 8 years
Location: Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across the loan lifecycle including application approval disbursement and servicing.
- Streamline SOPs and reduce TAT via automation.
- Coordinate with tech and compliance teams for process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
Requirements:

Deep knowledge of digital lending operations and process design.
Excellent coordination and team management capabilities.
