Job Description

Regional Safety Manager Mechanical Contracting

Location: Based in Atlanta GA (Oversees Southeast Region)
Salary: Up to $120000 Bonuses
Travel: Regional travel with per diem provided

Experience: 5 years in construction safety preferably in mechanical or MEP environments
Availability: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We re seeking a Regional Safety Manager to join a growing mechanical contracting company with projects across the Southeast. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned safety professional who thrives in the field has a deep understanding of mechanical construction operations and is ready to lead safety initiatives across multiple job sites. If you enjoy helping crews stay safe while shaping and improving company-wide safety culture this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead manage and support safety initiatives across Southeast job sites
  • Conduct jobsite safety audits inspections and hazard assessments
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA local/state safety codes and internal protocols
  • Train field teams on safety best practices; lead toolbox talks and orientations
  • Manage site-specific safety plans and incident investigations
  • Provide ongoing support to superintendents PMs and foremen to promote safe work environments
  • Serve as the company s subject matter expert on OSHA safety programs


Requirements

  • 5 years of safety experience in construction (mechanical/MEP preferred)
  • OSHA 500 Certification
  • OSHA Construction Safety & Health knowledge required
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems jobsite hazards and best practices
  • Willingness to travel regionally with per diem provided
  • Valid driver s license
  • Degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
