Role Overview
Responsible for managing e-commerce fulfillment and daily operations to ensure efficient cost-effective and timely delivery within the retail sector. This role focuses on team leadership process improvement and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations including order processing picking and delivery.
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational guidelines to improve efficiency.
- Plan and optimize logistics routes and delivery zoning to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to ensure high standards.
- Handle change requests based on business and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
- Oversee maintenance of vehicles equipment and other operational tools.
- Support and participate in ad hoc projects or assigned duties as required.
- Work independently under deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven leadership abilities with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with the ability to lead.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and high-pressure work environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in operations logistics retail or e-commerce-related fields.
- Good understanding of e-commerce processes and retail business dynamics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for daily operational and reporting needs.
- Diploma Advanced Diploma Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Logistics Management or related areas.
