The Position
WCWs Administrative Services department is currently seeking hard-working creative thinkers with strong analytical and communication skills to fill the positions of Senior Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be a strong project manager with excellent data research and analysis skills experience in report writing and the ability to oversee the work of consultants.In this role you in the Infrastructure and Planning Department. you will be overseeing the Infrastructure and Planning departments initiatives including management of the departments budget contracts grants procurement collecting RFP/RFQs and analyzing proposals researching and creating SOPs assists with Customer Facing functions and provide user training and system management for programs such as procurement project management ad hoc tasks and CMMS software. May have oversight of other areas within the Infrastructure and Planning department.

Disaster Service Worker
All West County Wastewater employees are designated Disaster Service Workers through state and local law. Employment with the WCW requires the affirmation of a loyalty oath to this effect.
