What Youll Do:Lead performance measurement and analytics for communications functions to drive data-informed decision making. Youll analyze communications effectiveness across channels while providing insights that help optimize strategies and demonstrate impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks for communications performance measurement
- Track and analyze communications effectiveness across multiple channels and initiatives
- Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for communications teams
- Support strategic decision making through data analysis and performance insights
- Collaborate with teams to establish KPIs and measurement strategies
- Identify trends and opportunities for communications optimization through data analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree required
- 5 years years of experience in data analysis marketing analytics or communications measurement required
- Proven experience developing analytics frameworks and performance measurement systems
- Background in communications effectiveness measurement digital analytics or market research
- Experience with analytics tools dashboard creation and data visualization
- Familiarity with communications channels and understanding of marketing/communications metrics
- Higher education healthcare or professional services analytics experience preferred
- Advanced analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics social media analytics CRM analytics)
- Data visualization and dashboard creation abilities (Tableau Power BI etc.)
- Strong communication skills for translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Understanding of communications and marketing principles to provide relevant analysis
- Attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy and quality
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $77766 and $140752.50. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
