Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record in driving business growth through Google Ads Meta Ads content strategy agency management and budget optimization. The ideal candidate should be data-driven strategic and experienced in planning executing and optimizing paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Plan launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta (Facebook Instagram) and other digital platforms.
- Budget Planning & Optimization: Manage ad spend efficiently to maximize conversions while ensuring optimal cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Content Planning & Management: Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad creatives messaging and landing pages for maximum impact.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and generate insights to improve targeting bidding strategies and overall effectiveness.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Continuously test ad copies creatives and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- SEO & Retargeting Strategy: Implement strategies for remarketing lookalike audiences and customer segmentation to drive engagement and sales.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee external agencies freelancers and partners to execute and optimize paid media strategies.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends competitor strategies and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing paid media and digital advertising.
- Proven success in scaling Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) and other performance marketing channels.
- Strong expertise in budget management bid strategy and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
- Understanding of SEO landing page optimization and content marketing.
- Ability to analyze data-driven insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in agency/vendor management and working with creative teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare wellness or e-commerce industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM email marketing and automation tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience Backend Javascript Node JS SQL Functional Experience: Computer Science or IT Engineering background with solid understanding of basics of Data Structures and Algorithms 2+ years of web development experience and software design experience Experience working with increasing scale, and it is a big plus if you have worked with product-based companies Expertise in Javascript and well versed with ES6 standards Web server technologies like , and Database technologies like MongoDB, Redis and MySQL Restful APIS for web or mobile apps Experience working in Linux (Ubuntu) Deeper understanding in developing Responsive Design which is compatible with most Browsers Experience working with ReactJs and solid understanding of component lifecycle Well versed with SQL Experience working with caching technologies like Redis/Memcached and similar Experience with developing secured REST APIs (GraphQL is a big plus) Good understanding of Queuing technologies, and event driven architecture You love coding like a hobby and are up for a challenge!
