Assistant Center Directors at The Learning Experience partner with the Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center while demonstrating joy and passion for early childhood education. They influence the growth and development of both children and teachers while creating an environment of collaboration and community encouraging everyone to thrive.

- Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Maintains physical and electronic filing systems for student and family records with accuracy and in compliance with TLE operating procedures following local and state regulations
- Manages center inventory: office supplies food curriculum staff recognition items etc.
- Manages vendor relationships including facility maintenance and technology support
- Drive consistent business results measured through family retention and conversion enrollment growth and efficient business operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Apply Now If You:
- Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Meet Virginias Program Director requirements as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
