Embla Medical is home to ssur a leading global provider of prosthetics and bracing and supports solutions; FIOR & GENTZ an innovative developer of neuro orthotics; and College Park creators of custom-built prosthetic solutions for people of all activity levels.
We are looking for a Web Specialist to join a team that is responsible for the delivery maintenance and improvement of Embla Medicals global portfolio of websites. While the role will not require you to do any development or design directly you will be a crucial advisor to these functions. Communicating daily with our business stakeholders you will ensure that the solutions we engineer meet requirements and contribute to the goals of the broader organization.

What tasks are waiting for you
Work closely with web content editors as a liaison and trusted advisor on new requests issues and technical questions.
Act as a liaison between web developers UI and UX experts and our internal stakeholders (e.g. web content editors).
Troubleshoot time-sensitive web issues in collaboration with web content editors and developers.
Contribute to daily standups and the web product roadmap.
Conduct day-to-day website maintenance tasks from our Jira ticketing system including updating content managing files and handling website assets.
Represent website goals throughout the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns.
Develop governance practices to ensure website content is structured to provide an optimal user experience.
Strengthen knowledge sharing by developing training materials and stakeholder education opportunities.

Have 13 years of relevant experience with web technologies.
Can comfortably collaborate virtually with team members across time zones.
Are excellent in time management and prioritization.
Can translate needs from non-technical teams to development teams to create requirements and ensure acceptance.
Are experienced with a large web ecosystem (more than one web property at least 500 web pages and integrations to other platforms and datasets).
Are proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
Are comfortable with working in an agile development process (JIRA Confluence).
