Microsoft Dynamics Consultant
48 Week Contract Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant (Sales Enterprise) to support a fast-paced CRM transformation for a skincare retailer.
This is a short-term engagement (4-8 weeks).
Youll be deployed as part of a wider AI transformation team and as such get some solid exposure to clever AI people.
Nonetheless the task at hand surrounds configuring some Dynamics action.
The task at hand:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine CRM requirements across lead management sales tracking and customer relationship workflows.
- Configure Dynamics Sales Enterprise to support pipeline stages sales automation forecasting reporting and historical customer interaction tracking.
- Support initial CRM data population including customer records target lists and account segmentation models.
- Develop user-friendly SOPs and how-to guides tailored for the sales team.
- Deliver training sessions and support adoption through structured walkthroughs.
The person we need:
- Proven track record configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics Sales Enterprise.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes ideally within wholesale or product distribution.
- Confident engaging with cross-functional business teams and external IT vendors.
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify is advantageous.
- Must be able to work hybrid with availability for 12 days on-site in Sydney each week.
