About the Role
This full time role will be based at our Service Centre and offices currently in Camberley Surrey.
The Service Centre Logistics & Operations Support will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating inventory accuracy manage stock levels and ensure the efficient handling of goods throughout the Service Centre. This role includes planning documentation deployment and managing of parts inventory as well as ensuring the efficient shipment of goods. The Service Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Who you are and what you know
You have a good understanding of inventory management logistics and stock have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise independently and multitask with effective time management. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers technicians and other stakeholders. You are a problem solver! You have the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly together with strong analytical skills to assess service performance and implement work collaboratively with others and the ability to understand other department processes and where you are able enhance efficiencies. You commit to providing exceptional customer service and understand and align business priorities with work activities. You are adaptable you have flexibility to adapt to changing service demands and priorities a willingness to learn and implement new processes and technologies and flex working priorities and activities to support other areas of the business. A familiarity with warehouse management systems a good knowledge of UK import/export regulations and customs procedures would allow for the success in this role.
