A well-established corporate services provider supporting a wide range of industries is currently expanding and seeking an HR Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop within a professional and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will report directly to the HR Manager.
This is a full-time office-based role offering a salary of up to 23K depending on experience plus a performance-based bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Line Managers and the HR Manager during recruitment processes
- Help draft employment contracts and coordinate the engagement and termination processes of employees
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR files records and documents with full confidentiality
- Handle submission of employee-related information to relevant authorities and internal departments
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely updates are shared
- Manage the induction process and assist in employee training
- Support performance management activities
- Assist the HR Manager with employee-related queries
- Support the HR Manager with the planning and execution of staff events
Education Skills & Experience
- Minimum of A-Level standard of education
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR support or admin role
- Excellent command of English (C2 level or native) both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law and experience dealing with local entities is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional handling of sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
