Your Role

Tasks
- Engage with customers via phone email chat and social media channels.
- Deliver outstanding communication through empathy active listening and personalized service.
- Guide customers to the right solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal processes.
- Collaborate with your team while also being comfortable working independently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and help foster long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements
Experience
- Native-level Dutch speaker (C2) with fluent English (minimum B2).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.
- A team player who enjoys being part of a vibrant and supportive community.
- Able to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic fast-moving environment.
- Self-driven proactive and able to work independently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Suite MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Benefits
Salary: 1600/month (13-month salary structure)
