We are looking for a Client/Customer Scheduler to join Kennedy Carpet a leading facilities services company. As a Client/Customer Scheduler you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of client appointments and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating with clients and optimizing service delivery all while upholding the companys commitment to excellence in customer service.

In this role you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at streamlining scheduling processes enhancing customer experience and maximizing operational efficiency. Your attention to detail strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client appointments and service calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and communicate any changes.
