Job Description

This is a remote position.

Live Chat Support

Location: United States (Remote)

CWA Group Architecture is seeking a dynamic and highly customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support. As one of the top architecture firms in the industry we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and creating innovative designs that exceed expectations. As a Live Chat Support you will play a critical role in helping us maintain our high standards of client satisfaction and support.

Pay: $26 - $29 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional and timely support to clients via live chat email and phone

- Respond promptly to inquiries troubleshoot and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Act as a liaison between clients architects and project managers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up until resolution

- Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow up actions

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline support processes

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our architectural services processes and projects

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture Business Administration or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in using live chat software Microsoft Office and CRM tools

- Knowledge or interest in architecture and design preferred
