This is a remote position.
Pay: $26 - $29 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and timely support to clients via live chat email and phone
- Respond promptly to inquiries troubleshoot and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Act as a liaison between clients architects and project managers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up until resolution
- Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow up actions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline support processes
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our architectural services processes and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using live chat software Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge or interest in architecture and design preferred
