Job Description

Delivers targeted educational interventions in alignment with students IEPs to support progress toward academic life skills behavioral social and emotional goals.

Supports students with disabilities in successfully accessing and engaging with the general education curriculum.

Communicates and collaborates with students teachers and school personnel to monitor student progress and ensure consistent implementation of the IEP.

Assists in modifying curriculum to meet diverse learner needs.

Adapts classroom materials and instructional activities for accessibility
