Assistant Sales Manager Club Pilates Rohnert Park
Location: 957 Golf Course Drive Rohnert Park CA 94928
Compensation: $22 to $24/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Days off: Sunday & Monday Saturday availability required

Founded in 2007 Club Pilates is the largest network of Reformer-based group Pilates studios worldwide with over 800 locations. We provide accessible safe and effective Pilates workouts that improve strength flexibility and overall health for people of all fitness levels.
Our Rohnert Park studio is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our team drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Studio Manager in all aspects of studio operations with a primary focus on driving membership sales and renewals. This role requires a sales-driven mindset excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a high-energy team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Drive new membership sales and renewals through in-studio tours phone outreach and lead follow-up.

Support the Studio Manager in meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and performance goals.

Deliver a welcoming professional and high-energy experience for all clients and prospects.

Confidently handle membership objections and close sales.

Assist with scheduling reporting and daily operations to ensure the studio runs smoothly.

Participate in community outreach and events to promote the studio and generate new leads.

Provide excellent customer service to build long-term member relationships.

Support the training and motivation of sales associates to maintain a high-performing team.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales membership sales or customer service (fitness or boutique studio experience strongly preferred).

Strong closer with the ability to handle objections effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized dependable and able to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for health fitness and wellness.

Flexible schedule with required Saturday availability (studio closed on Sunday and Monday).
