Client: Alltex Position Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire Location: Conroe TX 77301 Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (In-person) Pay Rate: $17/hour ($35360 annually)
Job Summary
Alltex is seeking a Legal Assistant to support delinquent tax litigation processes from suit filing through judgment. This role involves preparing processing and filing legal documents and offers a strong opportunity for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates eager to gain legal industry experience.
Were looking for someone with a positive attitude excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities. Success in this role requires multitasking initiative and adaptability to shifting deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience as a collector or in a related field
- Familiarity with the Texas Property Tax system
