About the Role

As Centre Director you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations compliance staffing and budgeting

• Lead and mentor your team with kindness courage and clarity

• Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace culture

• Build meaningful connections with families and the local community

• Ensure full compliance with NQS EYLF and National Law

• Work closely with your Area Manager to achieve enrolment and business goals

• Be confident in addressing challenges early with professionalism

• Be willing to jump on the floor and lead by example when needed

What Youll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Centre Director in a service licensed for up to 60 places

• Valid Working with Children Check

• First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

• In-depth understanding of EYLF NQS and National Regulations

• Proven ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts constructively

• Strong communication and time management skills

• A hands-on proactive and inclusive leadership style
