As Alliance Director you will provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for a high-value client account. This role is instrumental in shaping long-term partnerships driving enterprise-level outcomes and aligning integrated service delivery with client business objectives. As part of the Operations Management function you will influence cross-functional performance and ensure alignment with the companys broader organizational strategy
Tasks
- Provide executive leadership to a multidisciplinary team ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee talent strategy including recruitment development succession planning and performance management to build a resilient and future-ready team
- Develop and execute client-centric business strategies that unlock new revenue streams and deepen long-term partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders ensuring high levels of satisfaction and strategic alignment
- Lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts leveraging internal expertise to deliver value-driven solutions
- Deliver strategic account plans and growth roadmaps utilizing marketing and business intelligence to meet and exceed client expectations
- Conduct regular executive-level reviews with client leadership to assess performance priorities anticipate needs and co-create future strategies
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to proactively adjust business strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Analyze account performance and operational data to identify opportunities for transformation continuous improvement and achieve revenue and profitability targets

Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred with 812 years of progressive leadership experience; equivalent experience and education will be considered
- Demonstrated expertise in talent leadership including coaching development and retention of high-performing teams
- Proven ability to communicate complex sensitive information with clarity and impact at the executive level
- Ability to drive results across multiple departments and influence enterprise-wide outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and enterprise platforms
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and a strategic data-informed mindset
