The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science leading policy and advocacy campaigns and building partnerships.

We plan to spend 16bn over the next ten years funding new discoveries in life health and wellbeing and taking on three global health challenges: mental health infectious disease and climate and health.

These challenges need the bold science we support but they wont be solved by science alone.

We are now looking to recruit a Head of Change to join the People Leadership Team to play an active role in helping develop and implement the plans enabling Wellcome become the best place to work in support of the delivery of the mission.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer the Head of Change will be responsible for supporting Wellcome-wide change programmes establishing a Centre of Excellence for the end-to-end process of change management working with leaders across the organisation to ensure change capabilities are successfully embedded enabling delivery of Wellcomes mission.

The Head of Change will be responsible for upskilling the organisation using the Awareness Desire Knowledge Ability Reinforcement (ADKAR) model to drive successful change management through coaching and training.
